Target Audience: Small teams, coaches, or individuals (6 – 8 people)

How It Works:
This is an immersive, hybrid experience blending specialized expertise. Psychologist Ferdi Appelgryn delivers the core neuroscience education, while Jeanette Clarke leads the creative, art-based exploration. You’ll work through the five proven methods for retraining and rewiring the brain in an engaging group dialogue format. The goal of each session is a practical transformation: moving participants from stress and mental rigidity into clarity and creative flow.

Why it Works

The program’s unique structure capitalizes on spaced learning, which is proven to cement skills faster. This two-part format is the ideal catalyst for sustainable behavioral change, allowing participants to practice and refine new cognitive skills while fostering a deep and supportive group connection.

  • Optimal Integration Time: By spacing the two 4-hour workshops two weeks apart, the program leverages the power of spaced repetition. The two-week interval allows participants to actively practice the initial concepts and methods in their daily lives, ensuring the new neural pathways begin to solidify and become habitual before the second deep-dive session.
  • Structured Accountability & Review: The two-part structure naturally builds in a midpoint review. Participants return to the second day with real-world experiences, allowing the facilitator to address specific integration challenges and reinforce the techniques that are proving most valuable.
  • Deep Collaborative Impact: Nine hours of focused, interactive time (over two days) allows for significant group bonding and vulnerability. This shared experience helps small teams, coaches, and individuals move beyond surface-level insights to achieve profound clarity and develop a collective language for creative problem-solving and emotional intelligence.
  • Intense, Yet Manageable Focus: The 4.5-hour format provides the necessary intensity for deep experiential learning without causing cognitive overload. It is long enough to achieve true ‘flow state’ within the creative exercises, ensuring the lessons are embodied and memorable.
