My path into MindLines began 60 days ago with a concertina-intensive. This was immediately followed by the full 5-week program, and now I have an ongoing commitment to the daily process. In my 70s, one word that helps describe what I am experiencing is: “reset”.
I started and maintain the process with my intention and focus upon “direction”, and to my amazement – patterns lacking in wisdom and maturity (procrastination, comfort food, stress – for example) are dropping out of my life – not by will or determination – but by the MindLines “magic”. My circumstances haven’t changed but I most certainly have, and it feels as if I’m being untied and have the inner space to learn and reach for new ways to fly…
The foundation of MindLines has unlocked deep subconscious shifts within me. As a creative person it has allowed me to create more frequently and without pressure for perfection. From drawing lines, to finding all the connections, adding colours and finally journaling, is such a fun process! I have found that it helps me with problem solving and identifying patterns that presents a starting point for deeper work I can show up for consciously.
